Session preparation guides

When you prepare for a session, we store the details you enter, selected poses, checklist progress, and reference images to personalize your guide and help Catherine prepare. Optional concerns and special considerations are included in your PDF, so share only what you are comfortable recording. Information is stored using our website’s hosting and storage services. Once email delivery is connected, the completed PDF is sent to your email and the photographer through the configured email provider.

Your preparation link acts as a private access key. Anyone you share it with can open and update your guide. We also use an essential session cookie to let you return on the same device for up to 30 days. Guides are excluded from search indexing and require your private access link or authorized photographer access. Photographer notes are kept separately and do not appear in the client PDF. Contact silhouettephotography2023@gmail.com to request correction, deletion, or a replacement link.

Information you choose to provide

If you contact Silhouette Photography by email or use the external booking service, you may provide information such as your name, email address, session preferences and event details. Information submitted through the booking service is handled under that provider’s own terms and privacy practices.

Website analytics

This website’s hosting provider may process technical information and aggregate traffic measurements such as page views and unique visitors. If optional advertising or expanded analytics tools are added in the future, this notice should be updated to explain their use.

External services and links

The website links to third-party services including the online booking platform and Instagram. Their privacy practices apply when you visit or interact with those services.
